Again a fully qualified podiatrist who can offer advice on any foot related problems will perform the treatments.

Reflexology Starter

Reflexology can bring about a balance in the body’s natural functions which can aid repair and healing. Reflexology is also extremely relaxing, so why not find out how beneficial reflexology can be.

Musculo-skeletal Profiling (Like an M.O.T for your body!) £100

A one hour assessment with a Chartered Physiotherapist, which will analyse your postural type, screen for any muscle imbalances (asymmetry in length or strength), check your core stability, and provide you with a written summary of the findings. A written report will be sent, with suggestions to correct the findings, and allow you to effectively prioritise your training. Using profiling techniques we use with elite athletes, you will develop a better understanding of your body, and be able to focus on the areas that do need attention. You do not need to be an aspiring athlete to benefit from this, a chair shaped office worker would find it just as informative!

Add on a follow up session with the physio to go through the findings and run through suggested exercises/stretches etc. Add on £35 for 45mins.

Top to toe Analysis £150

A Musculoskeletal Profiling session with a Chartered Physiotherapist (see above), and a biomechanical assessment of your foot type with a Podiatrist (1 hour), allowing you to understand your foot type and the right type of footwear for you and your activities. If you are a runner, this can include specific advice on trainer choice, and accompaniment to try trainers on in a specialist running shoe shop, and run in them before deciding if you want to purchase.

If you have a specific foot problem, the podiatrist can advise on management, and if required prescribe custom made orthotics, at an additional cost.

As with the profiling session, the physio will send you a report outlining the session findings.
