James Hogg BSc (Hons), BA (Hons), M Ch S SRCh HPC registered

I am a qualified Health Profession Council (hpc) registered podiatrist. I qualified from The Durham School of podiatry and also have a Sports Science degree from Loughborough University.

I have clinical experience in sports biomechanics, orthopaedics, diabetic patients and routine chiropody.

Since qualifying I have worked for the NHS and for Scholl in Nottingham. I am friendly and passionate about my treatments and aim to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.

I enjoy all aspects of my job but have a special interest in sports injuries caused by the feet. I am a keen athlete myself and have trained and competed at a high level in athletics.

Saturday and evening appointments are available. (see below)

• I also offer a thorough and high quality chiropody treatment. A chiropody treatment includes corn enuculation, callus debridement and treating any nail conditions. This treatment is effective in giving pain relief to painful hard skin or corns and is suitable for diabetic patients. A chiropody appointment is 30 minutes

• I offer biomechanical assessments with the aim of effectively treating lower limb conditions. During this treatment a thorough examination of the lower limb and feet will take place. If necessary the patient would be prescribed the appropriate custom made orthotic to correct the problem. An assessment may be effective in highlighting potential causes of foot and lower limb pain. A biomechanical assessment is a 60 minute treatment.

Treatments are carried out in a professional and friendly manor in a new, clean and comfortable treatment room.
