Our team of professionals will work with you to achieve your goals and help your body and mind function efficiently.

We do not just treat injuries, our practioners can provide one off or annual consultations to help keep you fit and healthy and minimise your injury risk.

Each practitioner can work independently, but we can also offer co-ordinated care with other specialities. Depending on your specific requirements, we may suggest you see another associated practitioner. An examples is

- A Physiotherapy Injury assessment or Screening, highlighting any areas of muscle tightness or strength imbalances. This could lead to working with the Podiatrist for orthotics (insole) prescription or Pilates Instructor, depending on the findings.

We have an exercise area for 1:1 Pilates, or rehabilitation sessions.

Many injuries or healthcare assessments will be addressed with one practitioner, but if a multi-disciplinary approach is what is required we will discuss this with you, and work with the right professionals to get you better.

About 90% of musculo-skeletal (ie relating to muscles, bones tendons and nerves) and sports injuries do not need surgery to treat, and The Heathcoat Street Clinic is an excellent first point of contact for diagnosis and treatment. If further investigations are required, we can manage any ongoing referrals, to leading orthopaedic surgeons and associated specialists.

We will provide friendly, professional assessments and treatment, working with you to improve your function. Many problems will be managed by one practitioner, but if a multi disciplinary approach is required, we can ensure the right person is involved. to manage your specific needs.
